Introducing Polls in Instagram Stories

As everything discussed earlier was less, Instagram has come up with an interactive poll sticker feature in your stories. This sticker lets you ask a question and see the results from your followers and friends as they have voted.

Whether you’re trying to plan tomorrow’s outfit, choosing which class to take or figuring out where to go for dinner, now it’s easy to share a two-option poll right in your story. New direct message tools including remix and replay controls

Instagram has explained its new and easier feature – ‘When viewing a photo message from a friend, tap the camera icon at the bottom and capture a reply. Your reply includes a sticker of what you’re replying to. You can move and resize it, and add your own twist to stickers, text, and drawings.

In addition, you can also send a split-screen reply with the sent image by tapping on the sticker.

Further, you can now also control replays. Choose ‘one view’ to allow your friends to only see the message once. And choose ‘allow replay’ in order to let your friends have more time to view your messages. Photos and videos sent with ‘Allow Replay’ loop automatically and your friends can tap and hold to pause.

Instagram Stories for Desktop

Up until now, Instagram stories were a strict mobile-only feature. However now, Instagram stories will soon be available for the desktop versions of the application.
